The
accommodation is a two bedroom semi-detached villa
that comfortably sleeps six people and is furnished
to the highest standard. It is situated within a short
walk from a magnificent a popular Playa Flamenca beach
and close to all facilities including a
24hr shop, supermarket, shops,
restaurants, bars and golf courses.
The
villa comprises of two bedrooms, lounge/diner, fitted
kitchen, fully tiled bathroom, separate ground floor
W.C, a large patio to the front, a balcony off the
master bedroom plus a good size roof terrace and a
drive large enough for two cars. There is an outside
tap on the patio with hose.
There
is also access to the lovely clean communal swimming
pool, which is juat 30yds away.

Also included in the price is bed linen, quilted bedding,
extra blankets & pillows, tea towels, towels (please
take your own beach towels with you), heaters to ward
off any Autumn or Winter evening chills, a standing
oscillating fan for an extra cooling breeze, a fold
out clothes drier, iron, ironing board in fact we
have tried to think of most things down to a hairdryer.
The
windows have roll down shutters to help keep the house
cool while traditional Spanish grills are fitted to
the doors and windows to give you peace of mind.
Our
communal pool is 30yrds away with its separate children's
section and well tended gardens.
You
can enjoy a superb holiday with "Pat's Place"
as your base without the need for a car. All the services
that you will need can be found within easy walking
distance. A taxi from the airport will cost around
60.00 euro’s (£40.00) if you wish we can
arrange a pickup for around 45.00 euros.
We
recommend that you hire a car for at least a few days
of your holiday. This way you will be able to fully
appreciate the beautiful countryside of Torrevieja,
Oriheula, Cartagena and beyond. The water parks, golf
courses, Benidorm with it’s Theme Parks, and
the attractions of Alicante are all places that you
can visit by car.
For
a small charge we can provide you with a “Welcome
Box” of groceries. If your arrive late in the
day or through the night this is particularly useful
as you will be able to have a snack and drink before
you go to bed. click here for details.
The
beautiful white sandy, Blue Flag, beaches are only
a 20 min stroll.
Bars,
restaurants, mini-supermarket, bank, chemist, doctor
all within 15 mins walk.
Torrevieja
promenade, marina, town centre are about 5 miles.
Alicante airport is 40 mins and Murcia airport is
only about 20 mins drive.
This
property can be booked from any day of the week. Prices
are per week but we do accept short and long term

The
price also includes your bed linen and wash towels.
You only need to bring pool or beach towels. We will
arrange arrival and departure times around you, however,
during busy times the earliest you can get into your
property is 4pm and you will need to vacate "Pat's
Place" by 10am.
There
is a key of £100 which is returned to you when
you return the keys and a satisfactory inspection
report received.
