Friends
& Family Cover - 300 Euros per annum
(Recommended if your home is just for your own use
and your family and friends)
This is what it covers:
• A written contract for peace of mind
• Looking after your keys safely and securely
• Weekly inspection and airing your property
• Running through taps, flushing toilets and
checking utilities
• Emptying your post box and forwarding important
mail
• Weekly email/phone call confirming all is
well and log book kept
• Small routine repairs undertaken
• Obtaining quotes for maintenance and home
improvement
• Attendance at property and supervision of
maintenance work
• Appliances all turned on and operational before
arrival of guests, outside tables and chairs put out
and arranged
• Personal meet and greet of clients with a
set of keys and explanation of how everything works.
Professional
Cover - 400 Euros per annum
(Recommended if you rent out your home professionally)
This is Family & Friends Cover PLUS:
• Essentials welcome pack for guests with tea,
coffee, sugar, milk, water and toilet rolls
• Inventory of fixtures and fittings prepared
• Advice given of any loss or damage, replacements
purchased where requested
• 24 hour emergency call out for guests
• Information pack provided on local attractions,
markets, fiestas, emergency contact numbers and 4
holiday itineraries: cultural, family, sun, sea &
sand, and golf

We can give your home a professional clean so that
it is gleaming and welcoming for your next visitors,
each clean costs:
1 bed property - 30 Euros
2 bed property - 40 Euros
3 bed property - 50 Euros

This service includes:
• Schedule of availability/occupancy kept up
to date
• All towels, bedding, bath mats, tea towels
etc laundered
• Beds made and towels laid out for next occupants
• All floors swept and mopped
• Kitchens and bathrooms cleaned and disinfected,
taps and mirrors polished
• Fridge/freezers emptied and cleaned
• Oven and hob cleaned
• All surfaces dusted and polished
• All patios, terraces, balconies and solariums
swept and hosed
• Gardens tidied
So
that you can keep the cost of renting you property
low and therefore be more attractive to potential
clients at you make it a condition of the let that
the client pays for the cleaning directly to the cleaner
by leaving the correct money in euros in your property
before they leave. This is already place with over
70% of our rental clients and has been very successful.
