Terms & Conditions
We
hope that you've enjoyed browsing our site and have
decided to book your holidayon the Costa Blanca with
us. Just before you do, please take a moment to read
our Booking Terms & Conditions, which we've kept
as simple as possible and which apply to all rentals.
By
making your booking you are confirming that you have
read and accept these terms.
Payment
Conditions
1)
A non refundable deposit of 25% is payable immediately
for all holidays starting more than eight weeks in
advance. The balance together with the £100
key deposit due no later than 8 weeks before your
departure date.
2) In the event that your deposit is
not received within 10 days of our booking confirmation
we reserve the right to cancel your booking without
reference to you.
3) Should the balance together with the £100
key deposit not be paid at least 8 weeks prior to
departure we reserve the right to cancel your booking
with loss of deposit.
4) If your departure date is within 8 weeks, the full
amount together with the £100 key deposit is
payable on booking.
5) Your reservation is not confirmed until your deposit
or full amount together with the £100 key deposit,
(if under 8 weeks) has been received & payment
cleared.
6)
The Villa comfortably sleeps 6 people but can accommodate
8 people however for groups over 6 people additional
£50.00 per extra person per week is required
for additional cleaning and maintenance costs.
Cancellation
Conditions
1)
Cancellations must be made in writing & sent by
recorded delivery.
2)
Cancellations will incur the following charges:
a. More than 43 days prior to holiday start date,
loss of deposit only.
b. Within 29 to 42 days: 60% of rental rate.
c. Within 28 days: 100% of rental rate.
Other
Conditions
1)
It is a condition of booking that you provide us with
your full flight details including airline, arrival/departure
airport, flight numbers and times together with the
number in your party
2) Approximately two to three weeks before your departure
we will forward the villa keys and directions from
and to Alicante/Mercia airport.
3)
You must vacate the property by 10:00hrs on the day
of your departure. You may take occupancy anytime
from 16:00hrs on your day of arrival.
4) You must vacate the “Our Villa” by
no later than 12 noon on your last day. If you do
not vacate before this time to enable the cleaner
to prepare for the next guest we reserve the right
to deduct £50 from the refundable deposit.
5)“Our
Villa” must be left in a reasonable state of
cleanliness. If our representative finds this not
to be the case we reserve the right to deduct £50
from the refundable deposit.
6 ) You pay for any damage, breakages or loss of keys
howsoever caused during our stay, with the cost deducted
from the refundable Key Deposit.
7)
You agree to return the keys to us by registered post
within 7 days of your return home.
8)
It is now an EC ruling that all holiday makers must
have full travel insurance.
9)
Your occupancy of the property is entirely at your
own risk and no claims may be made against the letting
agent, owners or owners representatives.
10)
These Booking Terms are subject to the laws of England
and Wales.
CHANGEOVER
DAY: Saturday preferred (flexible on request).
